Funding Status Update

Charge Vermont has received over 300 applications for Level 1 and 2 EV chargers at workplaces, multi-unit residences, and public attractions. We’ll provide quarterly updates about the amount of available funding across the program on this page.

Charge Vermont Funding

For interested applicants in Essex and Orleans counties looking to add a charger at a workplace, multi-unit residence, or public attraction – Charge Vermont can help cover the costs.

See the table below for counties have reached the maximum number of applications that can receive funding. Pre-applications submitted from these counties may be placed on hold.

Charge Vermont is funded by the State of Vermont and administered by Green Mountain Power.


Applicants from Essex and Orleans counties are encouraged to submit pre-applications for Level 1 and 2 EV chargers.
